Preparing the Quality manual, Project Quality Plan, Inspection Testing Plan, Check list, Method statements etc. as per the project requirement.
Coordinate with the main contractor’s and MEP consultant for material and work inspections.
Preparing and tracking all the QA/QC inspections and closely monitor the NCRs and its closure.
Preparing weekly progress report and submit it to the QA/QC Manager.
Doing internal inspection and resolve all quality system related issues internally prior to the consultant’s inpection.
Perform and reporting internal and external quality audits of consultants, sub contractors and etc.
Updating daily review of site progress with the site engineers to ensure that the installations are as per the latest drawings and preparing the consultant’s inspection schedule accordingly.
Attend all Quality control meetings with Client and others as necessary.
Interfacing and coordinating with the Project Manager, HVAC Design Engineers, Site Engineers, Erection Installation Personnel as well as Consultants & Suppliers.
Reviewing the manufacturers manual to minimize or highlight the errors while equipment installation.
Performing inspections of materials arriving at site and installation.
Liaise with Consultants in matter pertaining to inspections and Quality check for materials and installations.
Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.
Conduct off-site inspections of materials and fabrications in accordance with the specified requirements of Consultants.
Issue non conformance reports when the specification requirements are not met.
Documenting all inspections and tests as required by the project Quality Plan and contract specification
Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection and advising of any deviation from the specification.
Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing-over of completed works.
Ensuring that quality objectives are met.
Ensuring that testing equipments are calibrated.
Co-ordination with system suppliers for project execution.
Coordinating with the Engineers, supervisory staffs and technicians.
Material follow-up for the work execution based on the material requirement.
Checking the workers either they are working with safety and standards.
Updating the daily work progress and site activities.
Co-ordinate with the site engineers and seniors to solve the site co-ordination issues.
Co-ordinate with the design engineers regarding the drawings issues
Attending the progress meeting on every week.
Updating the daily work progress & site activities.
Ensure safety rules on-site and standards.
Keep the documents properly.
