Check, Monitor, verify and advise to the Engineer/Project Manager/ Engineer’s Representatives and Contractors in all related insurances and bonds to the projects.
Cost analyzing in different aspects of the project to minimize the costs and enhance value for money.
Evaluate and certify interim payment applications, Variations and evaluate and advise on contractual Claims (suspension, delay, disruption, reduced rate of progress and termination Claims).
Prepare pre-final and final accounts of the Projects.
Prepare and issue Taking over Certificates, Defects liability certificates, Performance.
