-Assist to identify, document, and resolve interface activities of the project team between other EPC Contractors during the detailed engineering, fabrication, and commissioning.
-Status interface activities between the different EPC Contractors to ensure that all interface related requirements are met during detailed engineering and according to the Project milestone schedule and completion priorities.
-Assist in documenting that all critical interface issues, studies, dynamic simulations, and analysis between the EPC Contractors occur as defined by COMPANY.
-Work closely with EPC Contractors, company engineers and operations representatives to ensure that effective communication occurs to resolve interface issues.
-Work closely with other PMT Interface Engineers, the Change Manager and other PMT staff in the EPC Contractors offices regarding interface definition and resolution. Activities include: ensure drawings are up to date, interface datasheets are correct, Management of Change is being followed, and that all interface points get resolved between EPC Contractors.
-Assist in providing interface information between EPC Contractors to insure that they coordinate their scheduling, engineering, procurement, and construction between each other.
-Attend weekly meetings between EPC Contractors and resolve interface issues and ensure meeting notes are issued properly.
-Monitor project design and procurement activities to identify and alert of possible problems where interfaces might affect the schedule or budgets.
-Assist in preparing Management of Change requests for the Change Manager for all interfaces that don’t match the FEED effort.
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of interface activities of the EPC Contractor at the site.
-Senior Company Representative at Fabrication Yards.
-Provide management leadership for the Fabrication Yard Teams under their responsibility.
-Lead, coach and mentor Fabrication yard team leads and other assigned staff.
-Responsible for Site Safety and HSE performance at the Fabrication Yards.
-Develop good working relationship with Contractor's site management and subcontractors Senior Management to be able to resolve issues and ensure fabrication scope is completed safely, to correct quality and on time.
-Manage fabrication input to Company Planning Team and review Contractor and subcontractor's fabrication plans to ensure they reflect correct scope, durations and logic.
-Manage development of Contractor's detailed engineering, procurement, schedule, and execution plans to complete the work and provide input as required.
-Provide input into the approval of fabrication
subcontractors, including assessment of subcontractor facilities and capabilities.
-Ensure Company Fabrication Yard Team is adequately resourced to influence delivery of agreed scope of work in accordance with project objectives, schedule, priorities, and contract specifications.
-Ensure Fabrication Yard Team has processes and
procedures in place and are being complied with to ensure Contractor performance is in compliance with contractual and specification requirements.
-Review Contractor and subcontractor's plans for the
execution of yard fabrication, mechanical completions, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and provide input where required to optimize completion and delivery.
-Manage Company Project Controls, Engineering and
Commissioning resources to Fabrication Yards as required. Oversee fabrication, testing and load-out of Modules, Piperacks and Buildings.
-Represent company on Site Safety Steering Teams (SST3) and ensure effective.
-Review and process Change Requests in accordance with Project Management of Change procedure.
-Ensure all work meets/exceeds the contract specifications & standard of excellence of the Joint Venture.
-Ensure all materials meet or exceed the contract spec.
-To be able to document, monitor, track, and submit laboratory data.
-Coordinate and schedule field testing and performance QA/QC Inspections.
-Monitor daily construction activities& materials delivered to the site.
-Review all special inspection and material testing perform by third parties.
-Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
-Ability to follow and implement standard quality
procedures.
-Inspection of all precast units upon delivery & installation.
-To conduct quality control inspection of the precast units before, during and after casting operation.
-To oversee demoulding and stripping of cast element ensuring that the required lifting strength is met.
-Monitoring the phases of quality control of work as per specification.
-Conducting required tests for pre-cast elements.
-Issue non-conformance reports when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
-Documenting all inspections and tests on pro-formas as required by the Project Quality Plan and Contract specification.
-Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection and advising of any deviation from the specification.
-Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing-over of completed works.
-Conducting trial mix prior to approval of Concrete suppliers.
-Monitoring of Sub Contractor & Lower tier Sub Contractor for cast in items, development of precast yard procedures and contract specific documentation, compilation of manufacturers data record.
For Structural :
-Monitored steel structure site erection who ensures that activity is progressing in accordance with project specification, project schedules and project safety requirements.
-Responsible for the execution and quality of the work Performed teams and to ensures that technical
standard, safety rules and documents are available,
followed and maintained.
-Coordinate quality department who responsible for the inspection of steel structure assembly and erection and for the compilation of records and reports according as detailed in the inspection and test plan (ITP) developed for this particularly activity.
For Civil :
-Supervision & execution of residential and industrial buildings for SAUDI ARAMCO.
-Delivering best possible quality as per ARAMCO standards with best possible output.
-Raising Technical site quarries, CMS, Pouring plans etc. Close coordination with QC, PID and PMT.
-Monitoring daily progress and discussion with PM to avoid any possible slippage from schedule.
-To control international Manpower & Sub Con. for the best output & Quality.
-Arrangement & forecasting of materials for day to day work and Submitting two weeks look ahead and concrete schedule.
-Attending weekly progress and review meeting with superiors and client.
-Supervision and execution of tanks, Buildings, Foundation, headworks, Asphalt Roads, Evaporation Ponds, ManHoles, Catch basins, Valve boxes, Splitter boxes, Epoxy grouting and related civil works.
-Supervision & Execution of equalization tank repair works including anchoring with HILTI HIT and concreting of self compacting concrete-6.000 Psi to make the tanks water proof.
-Key role before commissioning activities of the plant.
-Dismentalling, modification after commissioning for blower building. Final asphalting and to close project.
-Completion of all punch list items to get MCC signed.
-Make sure strict quality compliance as per BRR engineering standards.
-Worked as an area in charge for running plant.
-Execution and supervision of all civil activities such as Sand separator, Man holes, Culverts, Evaporation pond, Perimeter fence, Asphalting work etc.
-Dewatering operations in confined space and shoring work.
-Close coordination with BRR operation, PMT, PID, Safety department and QC department.
-Replacement of 15 nos. Air compressors.
-Construction of Related compressor, Analyzer, GRS skids foundations.
-Epoxy grouting for compressor base plates.
-Extension of structural plat forms.
-Restoration of Asphalt and Concrete pavements.
-Related office works such as preparation and submission of packages, Method statements, Technical queries and requests for inspections.
-To control, motivate and provide effective leadership to International labour force.
-To supervise and execute construction activities as per
approved drawings and specifications.

Hollow high tension concrete pipe ( ≥ 7.000 Psi, according To Japan Industrial standard (JIS)) at factory.
-Estimating & Calculating Space frame structure design Of drawing with computer software : SAP-80/90, STAAT, ETABS.
-Monitored & controlled of production process Steel Pipe ½” - 6”structure, ball joint, tube, Bolt, Nut made from Materials: galvanized, stainlesssteel, carbonsteel according To Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
