• My role involves overseeing the successful execution of these high-profile structures,
ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless coordination among stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with all key stakeholders, including clients,
consultants, and senior management, by providing detailed updates on project progress,
milestones, risks, and critical issues.
• Lead and manage cross-functional departments, multidisciplinary project teams, and
subcontractors to ensure the successful and timely execution of all construction activities in
accordance with approved project schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee the strategic allocation and optimal utilization of resources across multiple work
fronts to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

✯ PCA Compound for Royal Saudi Air Force (KFAA) Al Majmaah Riyadh.
Led the full lifecycle of the $350 million PCA Compound development
overseeing the construction of:
(50 Villas & 35 Double Story Apartments - High-quality residential units)
(Playground & School - Educational and recreational
(Sports Center & Medical Center -
(Supermarket & Bowling Center - Essential and entertainment
(Swimming Pool & O&M Facilities - Enhancing community and long-term operations)
• Managed the full life cycle of a $350M development project, ensuring on time delivery and
adherence to budget.
• Developed and maintained project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly monitoring
progress.
• Collaborated with client representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive
project success.
• Established and tracked KPIs and project metrics, providing regular progress reports to clients
and the executive team.
• Managed and developed a high-performing team focused on quality, safety, cost, and schedule
improvements with all delivery partners.
• Directed the achievement of safety targets, ensuring zero tolerance for unsafe practices.

• Successfully managed the internal fit-out and external façade works for a 35-floor tower,
including the beach garden.
• Collaborated with the planning team to develop detailed project schedules and provided
regular reports for project controls.
• Led regular progress meetings with clients and presented status updates to senior
management.
• Facilitated meetings between subcontractors and relevant departments to resolve issues
during construction, ensuring quality and safety standards were maintained on site.
• Led a team in preparing and issuing workshop drawings for all contractual requirements.
• Attended regular meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment
and address any concerns.
• Review Application for Payment (AFP), based on approved work executed on site
submitted by the subcontractors.

ICD Brookfield place DIFC
7 Basement, 2 Podiums, and 55 levels High Rise Commercial Tower
• Successfully managed the construction of the tower and two podiums Fit-out work each
podium consisting of 5 floors, including internal and external works, as well as the DIFC
external interface.
• Led the internal and external works for the Summer Garden, a 3 1-meterhigh public realm with
indoor landscaping and hardscaping.
• Collaborated with key stakeholders to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Worked with the planning team to develop detailed project schedules and provided regular
updates and reports for project controls.
• Monitored subcontractor progress, including method statements, shop drawings, material
submittals, and deliveries in line with the baseline schedule.
• Led a team in preparing and issuing workshop drawings for all contractual items and
requirements.
• Developed and implemented strategies to ensure adherence to project budget targets.

The Galleria Mall Al Maryah Island
4 Basement, 1 Podiums, and 8 levels High Rise Commercial Building
• Successfully managed all infrastructure works for a project valued at over 100 million AED,
including infrastructure, landscape, and hardscape for a total area of 20, 000m².
• Led the construction of two steel pedestrian bridges, each spanning over 50 meters and
weighing 310 tons.
• Coordinated effectively with multiple stakeholders, including the client (Gulf Related),
AECOM (consultant), Parsons (master developer consultant), internal subcontractors, and
the MPX team, to ensure the success of the master development.
• Planned and organized site facilities, plant, and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Managed the development of approved alternative designs, ensuring functional and efficient
coordination with other disciplines such as civil, architectural, and engineering teams.
• Proactively managed project risks, escalating issues to the executive team for timely
resolution.
• Conducted daily site walks with subcontractors to track progress and address issues in
real-time.
• Ensure the contractors keeps all authority approved drawings, construction NOCs at the site
all times, maintaining safety standards on the site and making sure all the daily basis tasks
