- Assesses training needs in the area in collaboration with partners and community supporters.
- Delivers workshops using RTP program modules for organizational partners/beneficiaries.
- Delivers training to school teachers and trainers of partner organizations.
- Attends sessions provided by trained coaches and teachers to monitor the activities and provides necessary feedback.
- In consultation with the Project Coordinator and the Training Officer determines suitable events that RTP would participate in.
- Organizes and conducts special events activities, Play Day and sport tournaments.
- Responsible and accountable for the financial part of the project activities.
- Ensures implementation according to agreements with local representation of the Government, UN Agencies, and partner organizations.
- Provides Country Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with count and other reports as required.
- Participates and supports the implementation of the Participatory Monitoring System.
- Establishes and maintains partnerships through regular consultations with local partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries in the implementation of RTP project(s).
- Represents RTP in coordination meetings in the project location.
- Attends regular meetings as necessary with partners.
- Write legal principles for court decisions for all Jordanian courts; this includes analyze legislation and principles of judicial decisions using legal terminology.
- Write legal principles to allow user to easily find what he/she is looking for.
- Review and edit court decisions typed by data entry.
- Constant Legal Research to be up to date with the latest legislation and principles.
- Update any legislation that has been modified.
- Present and summarize cases to judges.
- Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Provide Legal Consultations on various aspects of Jordanian Laws including but not limited to Companies Law, Labor Law, Trademarks Law and Civil Law.
- Draft Minutes of Meeting and Board Resolutions.
- Register and renew local and international trademarks.
- Translation of legal documents.
- Assist in establishing foreign and local companies at the Ministry of Industry & Trade.

I received training from the National Center for Human Rights (January 2010- march 2010 ), I Volunteered at the Iraqi refugees assistance project (IRAP) by Yale university (February 2009 – present) and Volunteered in Social Leaders Project with Injaz (February 2011-present). I have two courses in the ways of dealing with clients by the partnership between Yale University and The University of Jordan. and a course in applying the international standards of human rights in the Jordanian courts at the Jordanian Association for Lawyers.
