WORK TASKS:
1. Answer all telephone calls, take messages and send it to the responsible person.
2. Maintain up - to - date filing system after reviewing with Senior Nurse.
3. Making the stationary requisition forms.
4. Answering patients and direct them to required places.
5. Explain to Patients and relatives all appointments, instructions and medications as advised by Nursing Staff.
6. Using the computer I update the following:
- Assign bed to patient names.
- Arrange the transfer of patients from one bed to another bed or from one ward to another ward.
- Ordering diet for the patients.
- Prepare patients appointment on discharge.
- Typing of documents requested by nursing staff.
