Market updates, information to be updated sales team
Customer Service to identify lost business and to push pricing to regain lost business
Ø Monitor drop in transshipment volumes and secure lost volumes by addressing messages to agents, customers, pricing
Prepare daily booking sheet for customer service dept. and submit to management
Maintain up to date customer calls list, call list basis last 1 year load data
Call all customers as per customer call list (Daily Call)
Prepare and keep last 8 voyages and 6 months averages for daily ref
Keep record of tender customers, corporate, floating customers for follow-up
Prepare up to date vessel positions and schedule update
Distribute vessel schedule to customers
Prepare booking CBF in the system for designated vessels
CBF circulation to start 6 days prior ETA 6-5-4-3-2-1 basis (TRADE/OPS/PRICING)
Familiarize MLO codes and ensure booking entered using right MLO code
Check JV CBF and check JV partner loading after each sailing
Space v/s actual booking to be readily available for SALES verification
OOG/IMCO or any other special equipment acceptance to be done after completing the procedures and with OPS approval
Space Vs Load utilization report to be maintained (understand the vessel utilizations)
