• Manage, Mentor and Supervise case workers performing their daily tasks.
• Maintain and ensure a strong analysis of the issues and trends in the protection environment.
• Monitor and revise BIAs before submission as the team BIA focal point.
• Develop weekly and monthly reports.
• Contribute to the update of the INTERSOS case management system.
• Provide case management service to the high-risk level cases when needed.
• Prepare and implement capacity building plans for case management team on CM, PSS and protection topics.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for CWs.

• Identify needs and protection risks and conduct vulnerability and technical assessments.

• Participate in the ECA drafting and ECA panels.
• Lead and organize cash distributions according to the final decision taken.
• Report on a weekly basis the updates of ECA activities to the Direct Supervisor.
• Supervise protection volunteers and build their capacities on assessment conduction, vulnerabilities and protection SOPs.
• Attend PWGs and representing the organization in any interagency meetings.
• Perform as a referral focal point and hotline responsible.
• Perform Data entry and collection tasks for referrals.
• Update the service mapping regularly.
• Mentor, monitor and report all outreach activities.
• Ensure the provision of clear intervention strategies, aligned with procedures and relevant National SOPs.
• Ensure that all ongoing cases are provided with continuous evaluation (clinical and/or psychometric assessment), follow-up (psychological support), and closure interviews.
• Plan in an eficient way all the daily, weekly and monthly interventions relevant to the ongoing cases and keep clear tracks of the steps followed and the content of the sessions.
• Participate actively in the drafting of legal reports in close coordination with the Social Worker.
