Preparing a list of service providers within Al-Mafraq Governorate after communicating with them and determining the services that can be supplied to the cases provided by us after providing them with the case management service.
Conducting a preliminary assessment for women and children, through which their needs are being revealed and working on providing them with the necessary services.
Documenting the assessment that was done with the cases through case management forms prepared by the concerned parties at the Jordan River Foundation and to place all these forms within a confidential file of the concerned case.
Work on referring the assessed case under Gender-based violence / Child Protection (GBV / CP) to concerned parties working on providing them with the necessary services.
Carrying out home visits for some cases if necessary, such as assessing the degree of violence against children at home or checking the situation of the house where the case lives If it was the cause of any abuse.
Train and supervise 4 trainees to become an instructor in life skills.
Field Coordinator: Serve as liaison between schools, hospitals or government agencies and individuals or families.
Featured by assuring the group engagement while giving lectures which has helped me to build the trust in between myself and the students in addition to improve the outcome.
Spur the students thinking by teaching them life skills and by enhancing self-awareness.
Recognize and identify the student’s complaint and refer to specialist or for protection depend on the final diagnosis.
Re-evaluate clients and determine the improvements.
Adolescent sessions (youth club) lectured regularly to enlighten youth minds in regards to difficulties, physical changing, and time management, furthermore teaching the effective communication skills.
Awareness sessions (parenting): lectured to parents or those who are above 20s, the session mainly focuses on familiarize the parents with the changes occur to their child’s especially in puberty stage and teach them how to react and handle any uneven situations.
