Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other Building System.
Evaluating Problematic systems or facilities determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
Operation and Maintenance facility equipment such as DG Sets, UPS, Air Conditioners, Transformers, VCB breaker, Elevators, Escalators, Travellators, Power Capacitors Banks.
Managing of Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm system, PA system, Firefighting system.
Update and maintain of History Cards, Energy consumption reports, Breakdown reports and Incident reports etc.,
Updating & Preparing various facility reports like daily reports, Monthly reports, Monthly Management reports & trend analysis.
Preparing yearly Schedule for Preventive Maintenance
Planning of spare parts for preventive maintenance & execution of the same
Execution of Building Management System for Energy saving.
Trouble Shooting of Engineering systems.
Maintaining the inventory for daily consumables/critical parts
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
Monitor Manpower and Project Status.
Review Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Architectural, Fire pro and detection Plans and coordinate with the Designer prior release of plans.
Conduct site inspection and audit prior to site hand over and provide report on actual materials installed and condition.
Actual site inspection and monitoring of Mechanical, Civil/architectural installation Electrical, Plumbing, Structure Cablings, Auxiliary and fire protection and detection works.
Conduct safety orientation building guidelines prior to works.
Monitor man power
Conduct site inspection and monitoring and provide field inspection report in relation of quality of works.
Conduct safety inspection and tool box meeting
Attend Pre-Construction meeting with the Engineering Design Department, Technical
Design Department and Installation Department.
Quality check local and imported materials delivered on site.
Witnesses Testing and commissioning
Attend and Conduct Punchlist with the Project Team prior turnover of project with the Client/Owner.
Conduct actual audit of materials installed.
❏ Supports the EHS team in the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Environmental Health and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health Safety Program of DOLE requirements.
❏ Plans, organizes, schedules and conducts inspections of facilities, work areas and equipment.
❏ Monitors site conditions, practices, and procedures for compliance with health and safety
Requirements. Selects and implements corrective action and follows-up to ensure proper action has been taken.
❏ Conducts investigations and root cause analysis and may make resolution recommendations. Implements Corrective/preventative actions and continuous improvement activities as directed. Maintains various reporting systems and provides safety analysis as required.
❏ Assists in job hazard assessments by participating in processes and procedures and researching industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Participates in EHS site audits, inspections and routine surveys including the developing and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in results of audit activities
❏ Oversee the collection, packaging, testing, storing, transporting and/or disposal of hazardous and Non-hazardous materials and/or waste.
❏ May assist in the mitigation of hazardous material incidents.
❏ May respond to emergency situations during or after hours for resolving immediate Safety/security concerns.
❏ Perform additional functions to health and safety activities.
❏ Demonstrate safe work practices and avoid unsafe behaviors
• Monitors daily tool performance and implements containment action to improve both tool availability and yield.
• Generates mechanical design for tool improvement, UPH, yield, and availability.
• Supports major downtime for automation equipments.
• Plans, schedules, and implements of any given project.
• Support equipment team for major and minor projects ( Back-end)
• Design tool upgrades for Fab and Back-end (Mechanical and program modification).
• Prepares weekly updates report on tool performance.
• Report major downtime for Fab Back-end to the management during OPS meeting.
• Attend weekly maintenance meeting
• Coordinates with the vendor for major projects.
• Trouble shoots automation tool such as: Al-tech- loader, andUnloader, Fravinz Loader.
• Support start-up automation tools.
• Active Participation in SPC member.
