Responsible for the design and presentation of interior works as well as producing, in details, the cabinet joinery, ceiling plan, floor layout, material specification, as-built and other technical plan.
Discuss project with client to produce schemes, develop the design with the use of computer or manual presentation. Prepare documents needed such as bill of materials, rough estimate and specification. Regularly attend site meeting to monitor the progress of the construction if it’s conforming to the planned. Conduct meeting with different suppliers and contractors to evaluate the right choice of materials and construction methodology. All of these with minimal supervision of our chief architect.
Hired as a full time 3d artist in producing realistic perspectives using different computer software and gets to work on manual rendering as well using water color and marker. I work as a part of the design team handling different scale of projects such as villa, residential, hotel and resort, commercial complex, religious building, high rise tower and government institution bldg.
Responsible for cad drawing of plans and elevation, presentation aids and printing of the projects coming from the principal architect, and also produce the paper works such as estimates and bill of materials.
