Main responsibilities
* Meet and exceed the quality objective set by the management
* Supervision of testing of all incoming raw materials and finished goods
* Complete nutritional profile analysis like, Moisture, Protein, Oil, Ash, Fiber and Toxicity,
* Mineral analysis like Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, and Copper
etc. QC analysis of Vitamins, Enzymes and other medicine used in the product production
* Analyze organic or inorganic compounds to determine chemical or physical properties, composition,
nutritional profile, toxicity, adulteration and contaminations, using chromatography, spectroscopy,
spectrophotometer techniques
* Conduct water analysis for testing of pH, Acidity, Basicity, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), metal
analysis, Total hardness of water, Sulphates, Chlorides analysis and other health risk parameters
* Ensures timely updating of the test results and validation of analytical methods
* Direct, coordinate, or advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing different of materials
* Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency or to
diagnose malfunctions during analysis
* R&D analysis to approve the quality of products
* Coordination with production department for quality enhancement of finished product based on R&D
results
* Maintain lab analysis record and report to the Chief Executive on weekly and monthly basis
