To investigate high profile cases and supervise the prosecution department in the superior courts of Pakistan. Also to prefer appeals against the acquittals in the courts and to prepare the comments for the superior courts in matters involving the federal investigation agency. • Prepared and supervised security plans for protection of the headquarter building and the staff. Installed security equipments like metal detectors and walk through gates. Mounted security cameras, and established observation posts on the key places in building. Established central security monitoring control room to monitor the movement from the CCTV cameras. Installed smoke scanners and firefighting equipments in the building. Raised a trained a quick reserve force and established hot line for coordination with other law enforcement agencies for emergency. These measures made it possible to ensure foolproof security.
• Managed, guided, developed and trained staff under supervision and fostered teamwork and communication among staff in the service and across organizational boundaries Implemented Financial Action Task Force Action Plan and led IO-9 team during FATF on-site visit. Presented Pakistan’s case effectively which led to exit from FATAF grey list
Planed, organized, conducted and managed investigations including misconduct, malfeasance, mismanagement, fraud, corruption, waste of resources, sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), sexual harassment, and violations of departmental rules and regulations purely on merit. Gathered and prepared evidence; obtained and reviewed relevant documentation; conducted interviews and took statements; analysed facts, determined findings and formulated recommended disciplinary. Prepared comprehensive reports suggesting punishments commensurate with offence. The delinquents were punished accordingly and this led to a decrease in recurrence of such incidents

• Planned, led, supervised, directed and carried out criminal and departmental investigations, visited crime scenes, collected, analysed and scrutinized the relevant evidence, interviewed the accused and the witnesses and gave findings ensuring transparency, merit and justice. The wrongdoers were got punished and frivolous complaints were discouraged.

• Assessed, reviewed and arranged logistics and infrastructure requirements of district police, prepared budget and supervised procurement, assets management, replacement, losses and decommissioning
Reform and reconstruction, coordination and capacity building Government of Sudan Police. Provision of Security and protection to the Internally Displaced Persons and civilians. Monitor the peace agreement between the of Government of Sudan and Rebel Movements in Darfur and report any breaches and violations.

• Established internal investigation unit for Investigation of misconducts, to investigate breaches of discipline, to investigate frauds, sexual harassements, and gender based violence
• Designed and implementing the programme of work related to the investigation of the most serious allegations of malfeasance, mismanagement, waste of resources, abuse of authority or violations of the police department Rules and Regulations and administrative instructions, with emphasis on fraud and corruption cases and analyses, including financial crime, complex information technology fraud and sexual exploitation and abuse
• Represented department at meetings, conferences and seminars and acted as focal point for liaising with senior management in the criminal justice coordination meetings
