Legacy Migration & Modernization Project (Phase I & Phase II)
A strategic project of STC was designed to migrate the needed services from Legacy technologies to available existing NGN networks and new equipment will be installed in-case of unavailability of NGN networks - Nationwide. In this purpose Nodes relocation and new installations will take place to tackle the migration.
• Project Management: Proficient in overseeing complex projects, defining project scope, creating plans, and executing them within specified timelines and budgets.
• Legacy Migration: In-depth understanding of legacy migration processes, including the removal of legacy nodes and the deployment of new NGN technologies.
• Project Control and Coordination: Skilled in effectively controlling project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, monitoring and Controlling progress, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Risk Management: Proficient in identifying project risks, assessing their potential impact, and developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the migration process.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Able to provide regular project updates, conduct meetings, and manage expectations.

Zain USF13/14 was assigned to Huawei for Central & Eastern region in KSA, being a part of core team I have got a change to develop end to end processes. 100% processes & progress transformation was done on ISDP (Integrated Service Delivery Platform). Huawei introduced a new online tool to monitor KPI & project progress.
Skill in Huawei internal tools: Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 BOQ Expert, Process design Expert, ISDP Expert and traditional Huawei tools expert ERPM/WBS, SIMS, iSales, iVision, SIMS, SCM.
• Designed end to end DU base transformation in the prospective of invoicing/boq.
• Successfully transformed manual reporting into system generated reports.
• 1st project to implement successfully 100% over ISDP including daily/weekly/monthly progress, KPI’s, revenue, BOQ generation, system integrations & invoice generation.
• 1st project to initiate system generated customer reporting recognized by higher management and rewarded.
• End to End project monitoring at BOQ level was enabled with integration of CCFM with ISDP through iSales.
• Successful practice was adopted to avoid revenue loop holes & reach 100% BOQ claim with online record.
• Subcon PO issuance, PO Automation, Subcon Payment automation & easy payment processing were additional features to reach subcon fast track payment with their satisfaction & transparency.

Site Engineer
Responsible for monitoring the TXN/BSS network performance of given sites cluster on daily basis in close collaboration with NOC teams on Mobilink Project, with given responsibilities,
• 24/7 collaboration with Mobilink NOC teams to ensure maximum network availability.
• Team management in order to ensure the availability of an individual to tackle the TT.
• Planning monthly PM activity of Indoor/outdoor units to prevent major fault that leads to outage.
• Responsible for complete site maintenance Including Electrical/Mechanical & Transmission.
• Rectifying queries with the help of Alcatel BTS terminal and taking care of all kind of alarms (Sector Down, VSWR, FLT Combiner, FLT TRE, Fan Faulty, Intruder, Genset On, Low Voltage, Rect. Major, Temperature, ).
• Rectifier (Modules, Battery Backup Check, LVD Bypass & MCU Setting)
• Transmission - NEC Microware links Health Check (4E1, 16E1 & 48E1) activity to diagnose the faulty channels and loosen connection to avoid links disconnection through Abis. Incase of path loss, path verification activity is performed just in case site is down due to Abis break. Incase of fluctuation & alarms on MW links, responsible of dish alignment
• Feeder Cables connectivity throughout BTS and RE Antennas being checked to avoid VSWR Alarm.
• Gensets (John deer 31KVA, Perkins 20KVA, 27KVA, 30KVA) monthly oil & filters check activity.
• Electricity supply is being checked by ATS Panel (i-e Magnetic Contactor, Delay Timers, UVT Relay etc) in order to avoid major breakdown.
• Electrical (ATS Panel, Distribution Panel)
• Mechanical (Genset Auto Setting Disturbed, Radiator Chock, Oil Finished, Heat up, Air locked, module faulty, control panel)
