•Leading, managing, and facilitating sound corporate portfolio growth of a corporate portfolio, which represents 80% of Al Rajhi Bank lending portfolio as well as managing a dual coverage role as Corporate segment Head.
•Managing a well-diversified portfolio consists of Telecommunication, petrochemicals, Steel, Financial Institutions, Contracting, Trading, services, and public Sectors achieving sound profitable growth by maximizing and building strong client base in addition to identifying existing client's business opportunities by playing structure accounts planning wallet sharing concept across all relationships.
•Assuring business continuity through sustain growth by constant prospecting and business opportunities and building client's base as fruitful relationships understanding what the client wanted then designing the proper facilities' structure that fits with the need.
•Managing multi culture team members consist of five teams each team consists of a team leader, five relationships, and 2 SRM in addition to our five internal business analyst team levering on culture diversity.
•Improving overall team credit applications quality as through high level of coaching by building discipline management coaching process which is in line with business strategies compliance, which includes constant enhancement in our credit policies and procedures to accommodate business needs as well as the market trend. Review the team credit applications quality as part of the CBG workflow process and discussing them with credit and risk management for the purpose of getting mutual agreement before approaching the SCC.

I Joined ALRAJHI BANK in 2007, as Team Leader in the Sophisticated Corporate Banking working very closely with syndication and structure finance team focusing mainly on large ticket either through Syndication or club deals and project finance building strong team consists of 4SRM that helps me to build form the scratch very solid diversified portfolio of SAR 10 Billion within 2 year time. After that, I was promoted in Jun 2009 as Corporate Regional Manager during very critical time due to the global financial crisis that required strong Corporate Leader who has the ability to apply crisis management and a vision of managing corporate portfolio during high level of uncertainty which was great experience treasured my credit and business knowledge as well as industries exposure.

•In order to leverage in my strong experience in the contracting industry, I was asked to help the contracting team at that time to build a solid contracting portfolio in addition to handling all senior accounts within their existing portfolio.
•Managing a SR 1.4 Billion portfolio consists mainly of contracting, services, maintenance, and electro mechanical assets portfolio in addition to some mega project finance.
•Extendeding bank products, including, cross-selling, treasury, and cash management services to such top tire clients.
•Preparering credit package of our existing and new client after completing our due diligence process that includes but not limited to bank checking, informal checking, financial analysis, full credit assessment, clearly understanding client key success factors, business model, industry outlook, transaction risk and mitigation applying risk adjusted return concept.
• Converting 12 relationships within a short time of a period around 18 months, which has significant profitability increase in my team portfolio approximately 54%. As result, MD congratulated me for that having special bonus as highest 2006 RM performance in terms of portfolio growth/ biggest fee per single transaction.
