1. Plans, organizes and implements accounting operations and objectives; coordinates and integrates all activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives.
2. Supervises, evaluates accounting professionals, and entry level accounting and support staff.

1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
3. Assist, in coordination with the Financial Manager, in preparation of budgets tailored to specific projects and affiliate companies.
4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
5. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
6. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
7. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
8. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
9. Other duties as assigned.
