1. Plans, organizes and implements accounting operations and objectives; coordinates and integrates all activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives.
2. Supervises, evaluates accounting professionals, and entry level accounting and support staff.
3. Ensures all functions and programs under charge are performed within established budgetary parameters, to include performing cost control activities, monitoring revenues and expenditures, and ensuring sound fiscal control.
4. Performs highly accounting work according to generally accepted accounting principles, established procedures, departmental guide lines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the work.
5. Prepares critical fiscal documentation regarding accounting activities.
6. Generates various complex system reports or audits calculations and ensures accuracy, e.g., billing, payroll processing, and accounts payable.
7. Plans, manages, coordinates, and implements the year end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conducts year-end closing process;provides information to financial auditors
8. Provides technical accounting support and interpretation to management and employees.

1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
3. Assist, in coordination with the Financial Manager, in preparation of budgets tailored to specific projects and affiliate companies.
4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
5. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
6. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
7. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
8. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
9. Other duties as assigned.
1. Maintain the books of accounts by using programs and excel sheet.
2. Prepare & Summarize Bank Reconciliation.
3. Prepare monthly closings
4. Proper monitoring and control of accounting systems.
5. Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Report and Budget.
6. Assist and carry out different accounting roles like various reconciliation and data entry.
7. Prepare Monthly Payroll of staff and workers.
8. Amortization /Recording of Fixed Assets
