from different countries to improve sales and customer satisfy to achieve sales budget,
margin, waste, profitability….. with consideration to an international hygiene rules and

Duties:
* Securing sales budget target
* Maintain waste budget
* Increasing range and variety
* Sourcing and marketing activities ( internal promotions and activities)

UAE, Russia, all fresh product expiry date from 7 to 28 days

* Maintain the financial target represented by the budget (turnover, front margin, waste,
TCM total commercial margin, staff coast, net margin and profit…)

*Planning, establishing and Driving the Sales Strategy, Targets and Branch budget
