Electric Utility Services - PPP Project- 800MUSD-1.2 Million subscribers
• Implementing project mobilization of 18 regional distribution centers.
• Managing 18 distribution centers (about 450 000 subscribers): staff restructuring and training, setting and implementing of standard operational procedures, Customer Request Management plan, Customer complaints Management plan, master data information platform, and KPIs application.
• Measurable improvement of customer services level: 100% increase of cash flow coming from new applicants, tangible decrease of non-technical-losses, about 60% in 4 years, and substantial collection of arrears, about 75% in 4 years.
In addition to the above mentioned:
• Setting and implementing communication platform to coordinate with project stakeholders and different entities.
• Assisting higher management in setting project strategies, evaluating work progress and issuing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Updating the plans and programs to be on line with the project mission and goals.
Electric Distributions Outsourcing Services - PPP Project
Conducting outsourcing services for about 160 000 subscribers at electricity of Lebanon: construction supervision and control, site management, customer service management, revenue protection and bill collection.
Power Sector - Engineering and Consultancy
“Strengthening the Capacity of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MOEW) -in Lebanon- to Implement Power Sector Policy Reforms”, project outputs:
• Energy sector policy and work plan for upcoming years.
• Overall strategy for the energy sector liberalization.
• Sector reforms, privatization strategy, restructuring of National Electrical Utility and establishment of Energy Regulatory Authority.
• Detailed feasibility studies for possible solutions of production, transmission and distribution of energy.
Electric Utility Services and EPC Project
Implementing the Rehabilitation Program for the Lebanese Electric Sector after the Civil War (EDL), MV/LV electric distribution Networks and formulating Customer Services Database for about 400 000 subscribers in Beirut suburbs. Provide Electricity of Lebanon by outsourcing services to build and operate Customer Request management database and Bill Collection Database as a milestone of “Collection Improvement Plan”.

Implementing the Rehabilitation Program for the Lebanese Electric Sector after the Civil War (EDL), MV/LV electric distribution Networks in Mount Lebanon. (Total project value 55 Million USD).
