• Responsible to provide intelligent Business Dashboard to allow Mubadala’s Senior Management to take accurate and timely decisions based on tangible and precise information.
• The Team is responsible for gathering business requirements, analysis, designing solutions, and setting up automated functionalities using Oracle applications and many others Technologies.
• Project Manager responsible for rolling out the Oracle ERP solution to the subsidiaries of Mubadala. (ATIC, STRATA, NRL, CCAD, etc…).
• Responsible for Vendors Engagements and Communications in everything related to the implementation of solutions and integrating them with Oracle ERP Solution.
• Head of the HRMS/HCM Design Authority Team responsible for the solution of all human resources processes and functions.
• Developing the project plan of the Oracle upgrade to Release 12 and responsible for the Vendors Engagement.

• Implementation for Dubai Government (AIM Methodology)
• Entities include Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Public Prosecution Department (PPD) and Department of Islamic affairs(DIA).
• HRMS Senior consultant responsible for Oracle HR, Payroll, and OTL (11.5.9).
• Implementation included requirement gathering, and setup, user training, and Production.
• The project consisted of 3 government entity of more than 6500 employees.
• Post Go-Live support for 4 months.

• Full Cycle implementation using AIM Methodology (gathering requirement, Solution Design, Solution Set up, User training)
• HRMS consultant responsible for Oracle HR, Payroll (11.5.9) (DRC Payroll is generated for a bit less than 1000 employees).
• Conversion of the Employee Data (Organizations, Jobs, Positions, People, Assignment, Salary, Elements Entries, Payment methods, SITs) into Oracle application using Oracle APIs, Data Loader.
