o Managed the project of the Labor Force Survey conducted annually by the center to analyze the social and employment characteristics of the working population in Dubai.
o Analyzed survey results, calculated related indicators and produced statistical reports and bulletins to publish the results to the public.
o Maintained labor related databases through established electronic links with external parties and data providers.

o Handled the payments of Etisalat bills for all landlines, faxes, internet lines & mobile phones & attended to the queries in relation to them.
o Assisted in processing all employee expense claims and payments, including but not limited to review of the coding, input of documents into the Banner System, insuring the completion of documents and preparation of bank transfer letters for employee payments requiring bank transfers.
o Provided backup for the functions in the department.
o Assisted the Accounting Manager in the preparation of annual university budgets.
o Assisted in the preparation of Ministry of Finance monthly & year-end reports and coordinated the submission.
o Maintained records of budget expenditures informing appropriate staff members of the financial status of various projects.
o Generated the monthly budget status reports and distributed them to budget managers.
o Attended to budget queries by reviewing the issues & responding to the business center mangers with feedback & information.
