profit and loss statement and other reports
• Meeting accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual
budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Taxation planning, identifying possible tax saving areas and ensure timely payment of all
taxation dues

preparing special reports
• Completing external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts by providing
information for auditors
• Coordinate and support audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to
auditor inquiries
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting
requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in
financial operations
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, Transport costs and efficiency
