• Manages the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the project assigned.
• Secures pricing and availability from outside vendors and suppliers including scope, terms and conditions.
• Manages costs, billing and collection
• Provides coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to project team
• Directs and manages multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, to obtain clarity of goals and implement process for completion of assigned project.
• Develop processes that will facilitate project progress reviews.
• Monitoring the project schedule and budget
• Design control system for Commercial and residential buildings
• Lead project team (planning, supervision, and quality assurance)
• Ensure customers satisfaction by designing customized systems to fit their needs(control, visualizations and access authorities)
