o Take responsibility over the Project Controls deliverables for the gas development project assigned: Totea Deep Development (concept-select phase);
o Prepare the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the Totea Deep Development considering the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) agreed with the project manager;
o Reconcile the Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) for the internal team (manpower): hours and value (RON & EUR) from the beginning of the project;
o Set-up the Project Staffing (Resource) Plan to be used for forecast purposes;
o Reconcile commitments and ACWP (overall project) from one charge code to new Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS);
o Set-up the Project Cost Report considering new CBS;
o Prepare the project forecast until end of the year with support of the Project Manager;
o Participate to Project Risk Workshop;

o Develop and update the report for department’s manpower charges (capex versus opex charges, hours and money charts);

- Mitigate and reconcile the various inadvertences between the detailed design on different disciplines (i.e. the connection between alarm fire detection with HVAC and sprinkler systems, control access with architectural elements-doors, general interconnection of the electrical works with mechanical works);
