The School of Cybernetics and Systems Therapy is a member of the European Family Psychotherapy Association (EFTA) and the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP). The school is conceived as a context for learning, research and practice of effective psychotherapy. Links cybernetic thought with epistemology and established psychotherapeutic practice. Focus is on the dialogue, resources and creativity. It prepares therapists to seamlessly interact with each patient that comes through our door.
Two years of study beyond my bachelor's degree in psychology. Programme offered extensive training in scientific reasoning and data analysis; acquisition of theoretical knowledge in the field of Clinical and Organisational psychology; training in applying appropriate procedures for assessing the characteristics of an individual, group and organization; training in integration of knowledge from different perspectives; development of skills for identifying, preparing and implementing appropriate interventions based on set goals with emphasis on addressing maladaptive behaviours and acquiring sound knowledge of the bases of counseling and psychotherapy- all in accordance with high professional standards and sensitivity for cultural differences. During my education I always inclined towards Clinical psychology, thus I took optional classes and carried out student practice in that field, as well as 1 year internship upon graduation.
