Also, specific experience in various countries, including Balkan region - Serbia and Montenegro, where local regulations are specific, bearing the region is accessing EU.
Long-standing career, carried our for specific tasks in the capacity of: Department Manager for Electromechanical works in homeland -Serbia (present position), Lead Mechanical Engineer, Water Expert, or Team Leader - Resident Engineer, for the projects in: Mediteranean region (Cyprus), Asia (Iraq), Middle East, North Africa (Libya) and South America (Peru).
Intensive experience in projects implementation under FIDIC conditions of contract (Red or Yellow Book - 1999 and others).
More than 11 assignments funded by the European Union, thus fully familiar with EC PRAG rules.
As Key Expert, implementing numerous of specific missions in the Balkan region, Serbia and Montenegro, including large scale and complicated projects like: Belgrade water supply, Belgrade sewerage collection and treatment system, Montenegrin regional water supply for Costal areas, Montenegrin costal area sewerage collection and treatment (WWTP Budva), first Industrial Meat processing waste water plant in Serbia (Carnex) and many others mentioned in details in attached CV.
Fluent in English, Serbian (mother tongue) and other local languages (Montenegrin, Bosnian etc), thus very good understanding of the Project needs in Serbia, the entire Balkan region and elsewhere.

LIMASSOL SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE SYSTEM - Agreement for Consultancy Services for Design, Preparation of Contract Documents and Drawings, Contract administration and supervision of the Works for Extension of the Sewerage and Drainage System in Limassol - Amathus Area - Phase B2, Cyprus (approx. 160 000 population), EU financed: The role was replacing of Engineer’s Representative (RE) for one year and was related to three first Contracts of the above mentioned Project, covering supervision and administration, based on FIDIC 1999 (1st Edition) Conditions of Contract - Red book (for new Networks). The scope of services included, but were not limited to the following: Contractor’s Detailed Design approval, Workshop drawings approval, Materials supply control, entire Works supervision, complete Contracts administration, As - built Drawings approval, Payment and Claims evaluation, Final tests, Commissioning and Taking over, including O&M team organization and training, necessary Reporting to the Engineer’s Head Office and the Employer. Total Contracts Budget / Construction Value: approx. 240 million Euro - for the new Sewerage and Drainage Networks and PS (5 Contracts for the time being), including new possible WWTP & PS's, now under design consideration.

MONTENEGRIN Regional (Costal Area) Water supply System, Northern Branch, from DJURMANI Balancing Reservoir to the Cities of BUDVA and TIVAT, EU financed - Pipelines with appurtenant Structures, consisting of: approx. 19 km Ductile Iron (DI), DN 900 and DN 800 mm Pipes and Fittings and approx. 4, 5 km GRP, DN 700 mm Pipes and Fittings: The role of Water Supply Expert and Resident Engineer was related to the above Pipelines project, based on FIDIC 1999 Conditions of Contract - Red book (4th Edition), for new Pipelines and Yellow book (for the existing - old Pipelines). The scope of services included, but were not limited to the following: Detailed Design preparation, Contractor’s Workshop drawings approval, Materials supply control, entire Works supervision, all Contracts administration, As - built drawings approval, Payments and Claims evaluation, Final tests, Commissioning and Taking over, including O&M team organization and training, necessary reporting. Total Contracts Budget / Construction Value: approx. 17 million Euro - for the new Pipelines construction & approx. 10 million Euro - for the existing - old Pipelines refurbishment.

Specifications and Conditions of Contract, generally based on FIDIC Yellow and Red (design/built) documents: Expert - Technical advisor, Member of Senior engineers Group (mostly from the UK) for Basic designs preparation or Contractors General and Detailed designs - construction drawings, specifications, data sheets, calculations, vendors proposals (catalogues, materials supply, workshop test reports, construction, installation and site tests proposals and O&M manuals) review, for entire mechanical and process equipment; Site Works supervision, including Final and Commissioning tests and Start - ups under SCADA System; Operation and maintenance - guidance and local personnel training. Total Contracts Budget for all Phases - already completed Phases I & II and new Phases III & IV: approx. 22 billion USD.
