Built consulting agency from ground up. Consulting specialized in IT infrastructure, Business Intelligence and Marketing technologies, structured into 3 main services: consulting, training and implementation.

Established with co-owners digital marketing and advertising agency, building partnership relation with mayor worldwide players (Google, Facebook, Twitter) covering different industries (telecom, finance, travel/airlines). Sold business end of 2015.

Achievements:
- Building performance strategy and reporting system for management of airline online advertising

Acted as Country manager for Service delivery Unit in Slovenia and Serbia and as service delivery controller in Croatia, Bosnia and Albania. Managed supplier contracts in 5 countries. Successfully defined and managed SLA’s. Responsible for P/L

IT: Acted as standalone manager reporting directly to Country manager. Main duties were: development of IT department and processes with implementation of company’s ERP system. Business and process owner for ERP, Reporting, E-Commerce, disaster recovery.

Achievements:
- Six Sigma project leader for sales efficiency: Green Belt
- Lead ERP implementation project (Maconomy)

Quality: establishing Quality system according to Corporate guidelines, implementing audit principles, creating procedures and policies, starting ISO certification, 
Six Sigma deployment leader. Critical issues solver and Process owner.

Administration and maintenance of office IT systems. Maintenance of databases. Maintenance of hardware & software, network and backup equipment. Data mining for marketing department.
