• Achieve the commercial targets assigned through sale of all bank’s products and services
• Attract new clients
• Manage and monitor the quality of the credit portfolio by collecting and analyzing financial information for clients and their business;
• Manage and controlling the credit portfolio of retail and business clients over 10 million EUR and deposit base over 10 million EUR
• Actively promote new banking products;
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the management of the Bank
• Planning, management and coordination of projects related to the development of bankcards, ATM and POS network of the bank;
• Analysing and offering solutions to arising dispute payments and potential risk situations connected with cards issued by the Bank
• Perform phone calls, meetings, visits and negotiations for control and recovery of the business problem loans portfolio
Organizing the activities and development of rules and policies for card transactions prevention
• Manage the team . Distribution of the individual targets and controlling of the performance.
Daily monitoring of all bank transactions in the end of the working day .
First education is Finance , master degree and my second education is LAW , master degree.
