• Supervision of Manpower and Day to day site operations: Including Maintenance work for chilled water pipes, FCU and Ductworks and other maintenance works
• Conducts Site visit with subcontractors to create Quotation.
• Coordinates with suppliers and outsource other specialized third-party solutions and services
• Direct coordination with our clients engineering department for smooth operations on project site and inspection of finished work for Completion Certificate
• Submit Material Approval Submittals for Clients Approval
• Create Method Statements according to Local Regulations and Standards.
• Create Project Schedule for clients approval
Supervise Installation of Air Conditioning from Ceiling Concealed, Ducted, suspended, Wall Mounted type FCU and VRF Indoor and Out door Units, including Fans and Blowers Installations including its components.
- Inspection and Testing and Commissioning of Air conditioning system and AFSS
- Supervise Installation of Automatic Fire Suppression System and Air Conditioning VRF System
• Monitors plans/specifications/shop drawings/BIM Model in coordination with TSD OpCen prior to procurement and during implementation, including generation of RFIs.
• Checking Material Take-off (QS) of each MEPFS trade (Bid vs IFC) as reference during implementation, cost reconciliation (billings/change orders), productivity analysis.
• Coordinates/directs MEPFS subcontractors/suppliers for the preparation of product data/shop drawings.
• Coordinates/directs MEPFS subcontractors/suppliers for the implementation of works at site based on PEP/PES.
• Performs “Productivity Analysis” of each item of work covered by every MEPFS subcontractor during implementation. Results shall be recorded in data bank of each project as referenced during billing/CO, cost reconciliation and for future projects.
• Implements all works based on Safety, Quality, Time and Cost program of MDC.
• Attends to scheduled cost reconciliation between MDC cost engineers/QS and subcontractor/suppliers regarding billings and change orders. • Implements the Testing and Commissioning Plan/Program for each MEPFS trade.
• Reports directly to the MEPFS Supervisor on all MEPFS concerns at site.
• Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
• Supervision for Automatic Fire Suppression Systems Installations (Sprinklers, BI Pipes, Valves assembly and Fittings, Fire Pumps, Jockey Pumps, Control Panels, Sensing Line) Including Quality Inspections and Testing and Commissioning.
• Supervision for Mechanical Systems installations:
• (Ducting, Refrigerant Copper Pipes, Toshiba Indoor and Outdoor AC Units Ceiling Concealed Ducted, Wall Mounted Single Split, VRF and Multi Split Types, )
• Installations of Fans and Blowers its control panels and other electrical components.
• Monitors and Review Design plans/ specifications / Shop drawing, as built drawings and coordinates with Design Team prior to procurement for Discrepancies and during implementation, Including generation of RFA and RFI
• Performs Productivity Analysis of each item of work covered by every MEFPS Subcontractor during implementation.
• Implements all works based in Safety Quality, Time and Cost program of the company
• Testing and Commissioning for FCU Ceiling Concealed including Pre-Functional and Functional Performance Test
• Conducts daily pre-start meeting and work distribution
• Provide Progress Accomplishment Report and billing
• Installation inspection, Testing and Commissioning for Mechanical and Fire Protection Systems
• Review and checks Construction plans and Bid Bulletin from the consultants
• Provide Design Resolution with conflicts
• Monitors and Check Materials Inventory needed on site and coordinates with Procurement team for delivery
• In charge with Daily Manpower distributions based on project targets
• Inspection of Pipe Sleeves, Embedded Waterlines and Risers Installations
• Inspection of Installations of Stub-out based on approved plans
