• As an integral part of the company team, ensure that customers are highly regarded and receive exceptional service upon receipt of the purchase order. Processing into the company business system (Oracle), coordinate with other department for the fulfillment of smooth order process till delivery. As first point of contact for the customer, address problems with production or shipping delays, quality-control issues, such as damaged or improperly packed goods, and client deadlines. Accountable to anticipate and defuse potential problems, which could include face-to-face, phone or email interactions with customers.
• Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team
• Assist with training of new employees within department
• Update weekly Backlog report, sales log/bookings.
• Support external sales team and customers with regard to product information and availability
• Process returns requests and raise credit notes
• Coordinating with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service
• Referring complaints of service or product failure or errors to appropriate personnel for investigation.
• Reports to Team leader on order updates.
