My scope of work was:
- Tendering Stage with MEP subcontractor. Prepare the comparison sheets for the same works
including all stage of tenders with final negotiations.
- Assist and coordinate the selection of the key staff required to fill both Technical & Administrative posts and establishing the organization structure of the project with HD
/Project Managers.
- Product details overall staffs / labor requirements for the entire project under his control.
- Coordinates and optimizes the utilization of resources, equipment, materials, tools etc within projects.
- Monitors Engineer Department Services (Engineering, Drawings, surveying, value
engineering) related to project under his control.
- Supervises and controls the project functions of Quality, planning, Quantity surveying and progress.
- Monitor, Identifies, and analysis all projects costs with a view with of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and within budget limit.
- Monitors Materials Procurement activities for all projects under the control.
- Attends all coordination meeting for all MEP services with different subcontractor. Attends
all client & consultant meetings. (Progress meeting, Technical meeting, QA/QC meeting,
- Coordination with other disciplines ( Civil, Archt., )
♦ 12/11/2001 to 20/10/2008 in UAE Armed Forces, Directorate of Military Works (DMW),
Design and project Section /HAVC Division. UAE
- Senior HAVC Engineer with experience in design, supervision, management and planning
prestigious construction projects. My experience of include the design and supervision of
HVAC works, Fire fighting, Fuel system, Steam, Compressor air, Medical gases system,
Vacuum and special extracts system, for Hospital, Commercial buildings, Industrial Facilities.
- My duties include District cooling schemes with the supervision of centrifugal chillers,
cooling towers, heat exchangers and other related mechanical systems.
- Rechecked for design submitted from consultant and contractor.
- Sharing in materials sample committee.
- Many projects for all camps of UAE. (Aircraft Stores & workshops, General Stores,
Accommodations & Spatial projects) . All mechanical Systems included in those projects.

- Responsible in all works concerning basic engineer for mechanical service designing and specs
adaptation for commercial buildings.
- Make load heat calculations For A/C systems, air distribution, and pressure management, chilled
water piping and put ventilations parameters.
- Make the technical assessment and evaluations of tender documents.
- Creating design for electromechanical system using computer related programs.
