• Installation and configuration of systems OS and MS applications.
• Perform routine audits of systems and OS.
• Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
• Monitor, plan and coordinate the distribution of and applying of operating system updates, patches and configuration changes.
• Act as liaison between technical support sources and end users to resolve issues. Work in a team environment and responsible for forwarding support requests to other team members as well as resolving issues independently.
• Ensure services are secure.
• Document system configuration.
• Conduct system performance tuning.
• Provide level 1/2 support.
• Quickly and correctly diagnose why a computer system goes down or malfunctions, and advice how best to fix it.
• Understand the behavior of company-owned software in order to deploy it and to troubleshoot problems.
