Personally provide technical input and hands-on skills to the resolution of major maintenance
problems. Giving suggestions and participating in meeting to plan and improve preventive and
corrective, major shutdown maintenance and safety at working area.
Carrying out of risk assessment in work area and creating method statement and job risk
assessment procedure for the maintenance activities.
Identifications of spares, Preparation of Material Requisitions (for MM creation), specifications,
data sheets and technical verification of instrumentation and electrical spares
Maintenance, testing, repair and troubleshooting of LV switchgear, general power distribution,
LV electrical motors, motor control circuits, VSDs, MCCs, auxiliary electrical equipment, UPS
and battery charger systems.
Troubleshooting of Ignition/Burner control system, Gas skid systems. Hydraulic & pneumatic circuits,
injets printers
Interpretation of P&ID's, logic diagrams, loop diagrams, data sheets, cause and effects, Signal Flow
Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Panel Drawings, single Line Drawings, and cable lists.
Good experience with electrical, electronic and instrument testing devices to inspect, testing &calibration
of instruments and system operation, and diagnose faults.
Good experience in conflict resolution, coordination and analytical & problem solving.
Suggesting, Performing 5S activity and participation in periodical auiditing to maintain 5S standard in
