Responsibilities and Contributions
• Gathering requirements from business users/clients.
• Explaining requirements to team members in detail.
• Creating high-level functional and technical design documents and conducting walkthroughs with business users and clients.
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables and updating clients regularly.
• Providing knowledge transfer and technical sessions to the team as needed.
• Handling Change Requests(CRs) and providing the estimation assessments during the pre-analysis phase.
• Preparing design documents and providing solutions for project requirements.
• Investigating and fixing defects as needed.
• Preparing deployment documents, checklists, and updating production guides for every release.
• Conducting application walkthroughs for clients and providing production support to the offshore team.
