Job Description :
Handling key accounts client (Alfanar). Providing all request and inquiry of customers and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Communicating with clients and employees regarding all request by email, calls, chats. Interview candidates. Assisting on process of new employees documents such as iqama, atm, insurance. Processing of timesheet and payroll. Sending invoices to clients. Train new employees. Processing leave request, vacation pay, issuing of ERE Visa and booking of tickets. Processing of final exit, coordinate with finance to process final settlement. Issuing of letter, certificate to employee Making reports. Updating employees information in system. Monitoring iqama, atm expiration for renewal. Requesting work injury to provide GOSI. Reconciling statement of accounts. Requesting for assigning and removing employees in ajeer qiwa system. Handling all complaints of clients and employees and providing the best solution.
