Be accountable for all areas of Electrical Design delivery on projects assign to individual.
•Ensuring the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)
•Demonstrates ownership qualities, for the team quality, and the timely delivery of projects.
•Work in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, performing basic design calculations as required.
•Determining all Project requirements (Technical and General).
•Anticipates challenges and project risks and recommends necessary mitigating measures, and where necessary relates these internally to Commercial Team and, externally, to Client/Client Representatives.

Managing the assignments and providing training to Quality Control teams, planning the quality audits, supporting, analyzing issues, and providing solutions, developing a checklist, inspection, reviewing, reporting on documents, work progresses and hand-over documents.
•Collaboration with clients and other stakeholders, reviewing Electrical documents, evaluating issues, developing solutions and monitoring site activities.
•Reviewing of all electrical related documents such as Preliminary drawings, single line diagram, load schedules, design calculation, equipment layout, cable routes, cable runs, main incoming power supply availability, power system stability study, short circuit level calculation, trench details, details of connections with the existing installations, external services, plans, etc. by assuring the alignment in local and international standards.
•Reviewing Electrical design documents by recalculating the voltage drop calculation, load flow analysis, short circuit calculation, over current protection and coordination, breaker settings, cable sizing, grounding & bonding by confirming the alignment of the local and international standards.
•In charge in the facility management by ensuring that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition such electrical, HVAC, Security system, and MEP related.

Collaboration with clients and other stakeholders, evaluation of Electrical documentation, analysis of problems and development of solutions, and monitoring of site activities are all part of the job.
•Participating in HSE documents review prior to site execution, by analyzing FAT, SATs, HAZOPS, HAZCON JSAs, and risk assessment documents if it is in line with the project OSHA standard.
•Attending to all site coordination and technical meetings with the site administrator or operating company, clients, and contractors to discuss issues and concern arise during site execution.
•Raising assessments for the existing installations, for modification & upgrade if necessary.
•Verifying the as built for the electrical documents such as, load schedule, single line diagram cable schedule, testing and commissioning reports, and installation certificate in accordance to project requirements and in local electrical regulations & law.
•Knowledgeable of the technical guidelines and performance specifications for motors, relays and protections, transformers, VFDs, cables, control and instrumentation, HVAC, lighting, fire detection and protection, fire protection alarm and firefighting, earthing and lightning protection, lifting / handling equipment's, batteries and DC equipment's, UPS system, corrosion protection system, emergency supply requirements, etc.
•Reviewing the contractors claim by certifying the progress bill.
•Conduct visual check and preparing Snag lists and NCRs for contractor corrective guidelines.

Monitoring of scheduling and operation of the crane and planning and scheduling of tower crane maintenance. Troubleshooting and managing 36 units of tower cranes, 14 sets of hoist elevators, and 12 units of 250 kVA Diesel Generators. Crane load testing and calibration, erection and/or deconstruction timetable planning.
•Supervising Erection, dismantling and climbing activities of tower cranes and hoist to make sure it is performed as per manufacturers manual procedure.
•In-charge in Maintenance for all lifting equipment's and Machineries in the high-rise building projects by providing preventive maintenance scheduling and monitoring.
•Supervising all tower cranes and elevator erection, climbing and dismantling activities.
•Creating and preparing daily/ monthly checklist (preventive maintenance activities) for tower cranes.
•Preparing and reporting monthly activities to the managers.
•Assisting the lifting manager in making climbing and dismantling plan.
