• Implement the Project Quality Plan, QA QC Procedures, and ITPs in coordination with
the Project QA/QC Manager.
• Lead and train QA/QC Engineers across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
• Collaborate with site and production teams to ensure high-quality work execution
• Prepare and implement Method Statements and ITPs for structural and architectural
works
• Review and approved documents are used on-site. (method statements, drawings,
ITPs, procedures)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and codes
• Monitor and report quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage document control for technical submittals, drawings, and revisions
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and validation as per contract plans and specifications.
• Identify, record, and close out all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and quality defect
notices
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sub contractors quality and technical teams
• Conduct internal quality-related training for site staff
• Prepare daily and weekly daily/weekly QA/QC reports on inspection results and quality
performance.
• Coordinate testing requirements with laboratories and the Engineers representatives
• Coordinate with consultant/client representatives for all inspection and quality
matters
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and exercise authority to stop work for
unresolved discrepancies.
• Manage document control related to QA/QC and project quality documentation.
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in planning and conducting internal quality audits
• Ensure NCRs are raised for any deviations from contract specifications or standard
practices.
• Manage NCRs, SNAG lists, IRs, MIRs, RFI, and ensure timely closure
• Support project teams in preparing payment applications and claims.
• Maintain complete inspection & testing records for project handover.
• Assist the Quality Manager in preparing reports, technical logs, workflow
documentation, and closeout record.
