I was running a side Business in Real Estate, I bought and sold about 22 properties some of them I renovated and couple of them I built as a builder and owner, and owned them right now.

I implemented this system in the Naveed Clinic Hospital and take over responsibilities as a Computer In-charge to operate the system.
I was operating a complete system including Billing to companies on our hospital panel for their IPD/OPD staff, Inventory for hospital pharmacy, Payroll, Accounting and other parallel system for laboratory, x-ray, O/T and reception. And also I was supervising staff of four.
I implemented the program, designed by the Boss night before I provide co-ordination between the Transport Company Staff and others department staff like Custom, Karachi port trust, Warehouse and Clearing agent staff and also provide labor, lifter, crane and trucks and as well as kept inform to Boss and our Clients in their Head Office that consignments are proceeding smoothly.
As I said above in my professional experience that I was running a side business in real estate and in this regard I completed certificate from REIQ.
This provisional Certificate Course in Sr. Architectural Draughtsman ship held by the government College Of Technology duration 220 hours.
