Carry out various functions related to project document receiving & transmittal, safekeeping and maintenance of project document archives, document imaging, document reproduction and distribution. manage daily uploading and downloading of correspondence, drawings, transmittal and other documents.

Responsible and manage to submit daily progress report, weekly progress report and monthly progress report to all parties (original for consultant, via e-mail to client and our top management personnel.

Coordinate with consultant document controller to send and receive various reports, drawings and other outstanding issues.

Controls of documentation produced internally and externally to ensure proper allocation and easy retrieval of important documents.

Manage of document classification, sorting, filing, archiving and retrieval of document in accordance to project indexing and filing system.

Managing and monitoring the list of time hours both onshore and offshore equipment's including rental equipment.

In charge of on-line purchase request (PR).

Daily updating and monitoring the status of purchase request (PR) and purchase order (PO).

Coordinating with procurement dept. for purchase request, purchase order status and delivery of materials.

Coordinating with finance dept. regarding for petty cash claims, additional purchase order to cover the amount of supplier invoice.

Coordinating with logistic dept. for vehicles, vehicle services, transportation and equipment issues.
