Strategically plan fleet operations across the country ( 350 Units - Transporting Crude Oil, Drilling Water, Fresh Water, Fuel & Cement)
Manage day-to-day operation and assure a smooth functioning according to the master loading - offloading plan at all sites

Maintain vehicles in peak operating condition, preventative maintenance compliance in coordination with maintenance department
Fleet HSE procedures compliance, Conduct investigations to determine causes of accidents and to improve safety procedures.
Tenders management & data analysis.
Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
Manage a team of 41 operation team & 24/7 operation room

Direct activities related to owned & 3PL fleet/distribution master dispatching plan between factories to warehouses or to customers, operations expenses & cost control, fleet best utilization & efficiency analysis, fuel consumption control, maintain vehicles in peak operating condition, routing, GPS analysis, safe goods arrivals to customers, improving fleet administration standards and policies for vehicle operation, fleet HSE procedures compliance. conduct investigations to determine causes of accidents and to improve safety procedures.
Analyze all aspects to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting.
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets required objectives and delivers best practice results.
Direct operation of over 250 vehicles 3PL & owned (bulkers, flatbeds, dumpers, hoppers) daily/weekly/monthly master dispatching plan from factories to customers, operations expenses & cost control, fleet best utilization & fuel consumption control
Analyze expenditures in order to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets & develop plans to achieve cost reduction while maintaining highest operation quality.
Direct implementing of preventive & basic maintenance plans to ensure the best operation utilization of all units.
Direct purchasing of international & local spare parts & warehouses while keeping highest standards of stock control, EOQ, SSL, RP.
Recommend acquisition of new units in order to increase efficiency and services of operations.
Conduct investigations to determine causes of accidents and to improve safety procedures.
Maintain operational standards of safety
Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules and government regulations.
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
Delegate work to office’s team work, designs & implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Monitor all Strategies guidelines & the procedures taken by the related Managements to assure matching of standard measurements:
Participate in preparing master operations plan for each department.
Analyze departments’ targets results and recommend corrections in cases of deviation.
Develop and oversee implementation and administration of department policies, systems and procedures.
Develop raw materials & finish products transportation methods across the country
Negotiate with transportation companies for the best deals and payment terms.
Oversee all transportation operation
Possess strong relationship building skills with clients.
Independently perform the most difficult administrative support services.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the services.
Achieve assigned sales targets & seeks for over target achievement
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Follow up on provided quotations to new customers & discuss clients with our services in comparison with other competitors.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate transportation services required for all orders to ensure materials are delivered as per schedule.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive products specifications & prices.
