• Attending to both business and technical considerations when designing solutions. Participating in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies as it related to software development
• Defining business need, application scope and objectives, analysis and solution recommendation and application software implementation
• Coordinating all phases of system development and implementation including design, coding, testing, documentation, training and implementation
• Motivating, guiding and managing the development teams and ensuring the release of premium-quality applications that provided intuitive and secure experiences for users
