Deliver the following operations during the assigned:
• To maintain and increase the performance of all FM systems, procedures and policies for the delivery of FM Services.
• To review all operating systems, resource and expenditure to input into strategic departmental proposals.
• Manage the selection, acquisition and distribution and use of all resources for the delivery of FM Services across.
• Manage the delivery of FM Services liaising with end-users and external suppliers/contractors.
• Prepare and review technical assessments and proposals for the refurbishment and or new build of facilities to meet business needs to including sketches, drawings, RFPs, bill of quantities, project plan and PM schedules.
• Evaluate RFPs and assess competencies of teams to carry out services for the clients
• Routinely review and ensure compliance of all risk assessments, method statements and related documentation to carry out all operation, maintenance and planned activities within.
• Manage and report the performance assessment of all service providers and make recommendations for improvement
• Review all service and supplier agreements/contracts with FM Operations Manager.
• Manage the application and use of FM ICT (Information and communications technology) systems in the day to day operation and delivery of work with the team.
• Develop and manage contingency plans for the continued delivery of services to meet core business needs. This includes ensuring emergency response, 24 hour availability of maintenance teams and coordination with other FM teams to respond to emergency and disasters to resume normal operations as quickly possible.
• Prepare a variety of reports for Department and Divisional Management and generate monthly reports for the department and present it in the monthly business meetings.

 Monitor employee development and leave records, dealing with disciplinary actions and grievance in handling of workers.

• Handle shift planning, scheduling, manpower allocation and work demarcation based on production requirements. Produce and distribute production and master schedules. Forecasting and releasing work orders.
• Conduct online as well as post production inspections to ensure product quality - check varied parameters like length, grid size, splicing quality, machine condition etc.
• Interact with abrasive making department, oversee cutting/splicing/slitting/packing and dispatch over 6000-7000 belts per shift to the warehouse.
