• Handling plant expansion projects.
• Drafting P&ID’s, Isometric Drawings & 3D design using Auto-cad.
• Preparation of Design Packages includes costing, process description, Hazop Study, SIL assessment.
• Preparation of CAPEX

• Preparing SIS, SIL assessment and documentation.

Projects Completed:
• Reactor 5 (R5) and Ancillaries- Successfully led the SAR 12 million project. Key role in Design package, process safety, structural initial design, piping design and layout, installation of vessels and commissioning of 7 vessels ranging from 4 Tons - 140 Tons.
• Ammonia Dosing System - Successfully led the 300, 000 SAR project. Part taking key role in design package, design system and commissioning to facilitate transfer of ammonia from storage tank to process plant.
• Flammable Stores - Design of Flammable Stores as per the Saudi Government Requirement and HSE Guidance Series (HSG51)
• Methyl Metha-Acrylate Storage Tank- Inclusive of design package and design system to facilitate transfer of methyl methacrylate from storage tank to process plant.
• Energy Saving Projects - Proposed energy saving solutions by minimizing the consumptions effectively without affecting the usage for the Chiller Units,
• Routine check on planned maintenance schedule.
• Report faults to Chief Mechanic.
• Working in diverse conditions and coordinating with other departments.
• Study and interpreting the construction of pressure vessels as per clients order.
• Assisted the Engineers in handling the pressure vessel design calculation using PVElite Software.
• Reviewed Client's comments and revised the design calculations using ASME codes
• Study of P&ID and/ Piping Isometrics and preparing MTO's.
