Job Description
•Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
•Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
•Coordinate and complete annual audits and taxes
•Maintaining account balances and bank statements
•Analyze financial reports
•Preparing owners various cheques
•Preparing income statement property wise and owner wise.
•Managing Cash Flow Statements property wise and owner wise.
•Preparing and implementing budgets
•Responsible for all the payables with support of Customer Service and Facility Management
•Reconciliation of owner's accounts
•Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close process
•Supervise accounting department, junior employees and accounting assistants
•Handling daily expense and preparation of petty cash reports
•Preparation of various reports to top level Management
•Research and reconcile all discrepancies
•Auditing and verifying documents
•Maintaining supporting documents and reports for internal audit
•Completing data backups
•Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
•Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
•Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
•Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
