• Downtime and working out of hours when necessary Ensure all statutory maintenance and testing is carried out to the relevant standards and accurately recorded in the maintenance logs
• Handling installation, operation, and maintenance, or repair of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing and Civil works.
• Initial drawing review of all mechanical works and discussing with the Client and consultant for further proceedings.
• Making the necessary shop drawings required to initiate the works.
• Taking necessary approvals for Materials and Work execution.
• Create a detailed BOQ and order the materials to ensure material availability on time.
• Making proper work schedule and verify it with Project Managers and other higher officials.
• Dividing works between the teams and giving charge to foremans and supervisors.
• Conduct meetings with Supervisors to meet work schedule.
• Supervising the works to ensure methodology, quality, and workmanship in work
• Making Coordination drawings and shop drawings to avoid conflict between other utilities or services.
• Getting the RFIs approved for each works during all stages from the Consultant or client.
• Receiving invoices, validating and processing the invoices to the financial authorities for the sub contracted works.
• Ensuring payments for sub-contractors at proper time.
• Documenting all the necessary reports, final As-built drawings and approvals for the final handing over
