Directly coordinate with warehouse for any delivery issue’s
Preparing weekly and monthly stock report.
Sourcing products and getting better price as per corporate sales RFQ.
Filing respective purchase order and supplier invoices for accounts department.
Coordinating with finance department regarding pending payments and transfer to suppliers.
Solicit, receive and analyze proposal / quotation and recommend selection for commercial approval from management.
Contributes to wider departmental learning’s by accurately and clearly recording project details, such as key performance measures and learning’s (financial and process related).
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
