Drafted a university-wide proposal to evaluate effective teaching addresses the
three major steps of Assessment, Measurement and Evaluation;
• Responsible for conceptualizing the CET’s short and long-term visionary
plans, priorities, and goals as well as providing overall administrative
oversight for the Center;
• Created and deployed extensive three-day Course Redesign Studio, using
a backward design model;
• Promoted teaching and learning as ongoing and collaborative processes
of inquiry, experimentation, and reflection;
• Led searches for academic staff;
• Built a Center that is dedicated to the theory, practice, and scholarship of
teaching and learning (SoTL);
