- Handles overall administrative tasks including answering telephone calls, checking the daily attendance, scheduling CEO’s meetings, preparing reports, maintaining, filing and updating all company related documents.
- Responsible for managing all inventory, maintaining company records, ordering all office stationaries, furniture's, laptops, printers, office and event related items.
- In charge for administrative activities including verification of stationery stock, courier, gardener, pest control, housekeeping, renewal of company licenses, vehicle registrations, CEO and company memberships.
- Arrange all staffs and event related booking including hotel, visa and air tickets.
- In charge of paying all Utility Bills and event related purchases for Abu Dhabi and Dubai Branch using Company Credit Card.
- Provide assistance with the daily operations of the HR department.
- Perform all secretarial and clerical works for the Project Consultant which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax correspondence and other works being assigned from time to time.
- Maintaining and updating the database and also manual filings.
- Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence and transmittals.
- Deliver and receive all letters from the Client (Foundation Property Management.
- Reporting directly to the Project Director (Main Contractor)
- In charged of the day to day activities, meetings and agendas of the Project Director
- Prepare, operate and update all document control procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System.
- Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements.
- Work in strict-cooperation with the Project Director and Project Manager to ensure project progress status integration
- In charge of making and maintaining all the incoming and outgoing emails for the project.
- Manage and Control of the Incoming and Outgoing Documents from the Consultant
- Screening all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Updating clients regarding the status of their request and sending quotations.
- Inquiring and Sending LPO for the material request.
- Keep the files up to date ( Soft Copy and Hard Copy )
- Secretary of the General Manager & Managing Director.
- Purchasing Materials office supplies and event materials.
- Working mainly with annulment cases, determines nature of the client's situation by conducting home visit and performing client interview; assessing their medical, psychological, emotional, physical and social information. Making an intensive report through submitting a case study to the head psychologist-this report will help her determine the spouse's grounds for annulment.
