Incumbent is responsible for application of professional skills and expertise to conduct HSE training in compliance with quality management system for the assigned project portfolio. Providing lead administrative support in main and site offices; performing complex and responsible administrative office assistance and support tasks; preparing and maintaining a wide variety of documents, managing office work flow; Assisting, managing and meeting corporate goals and delivering operational priorities.

• Responsible for development and implementation of HSE training procedures, guidelines, policies in compliance with quality management system and client requirements.
• Support and coordinate with the HSSE Manager and supervisors in the overall activities of HSSE - QSGTL.
• Responsible for development training modules, identification of training requirements, HSE coordination and administration duties, HSE program support implementations and stand-downs
• Coordinates training for Chiyoda Almana personnel and Subcontractors working for QSGTL with department administrators and site training provider for both onshore and offshore projects.
• Conducts trainings and coaching session such as Office induction for newly mobilized personnel for both Chiyoda Almana corporate and QSGTL, Heat Stress Awareness and Goal Zero Orientation.
• Maintain online system for Goal Zero website as the system administrator.
• Prepares weekly and monthly HSSE statistical report and presentations for Chiyoda Almana-QSGTL projects.
• Maintains registers such as incident register, training register, HSSE alerts/bulletin and other HSSE related documentation for Chiyoda Almana - Shell project.
• Assist in successful implementation of various HSE Programs (e.g. HSSE campaigns, site wide stand down etc.).
• Record and maintain We-Stop online observation and send it to Subcontractors and Client on a monthly basis for closeout of open items.
• Conduct weekly/monthly walkthrough office inspection at Chiyoda Almana office.
• Prepares and monitors monthly HSSE KPI’s of Chiyoda Almana and subcontractors working for QSGTL and other deliverables as per Client’s request.
• Handles a variety of responsible confidential administrative and technical assignments including summarizing reports, transcripts and bid specification.
• Performs complex and program-specific administrative and technical duties such as purchasing assistance and general office management.
• Receives, screens and provides visitors information or directs to appropriate persons.
• Plans and arranges meetings and conferences and schedule appointments.
• Performs complex program related computer operations.
• Prepares agenda and presentations for various corporate and projects safety meetings.
• Composes and types letters and memoranda in conformance with policies independently or from brief instructions.

Pulse Support / Technical Support at Technip Chiyoda Joint Venture

Provide support to the Pulse Coordinator and HSE Manager in the overall activities of PMP Pulse Program especially in promoting the Pulse (the safety program of Qatargas and TCJV)

Create and maintain the “Pulse Stop Observation System” that enables the HSE Manager, Superintendents and Supervisors to have an analysis on what is the safe/unsafe observation at site.

• Support and coordinate with the HSE Manager in the overall activities of PMP Pulse Program especially in promoting the Pulse (the safety program of Qatargas and TCJV)
• Developed and maintain HSE system programs such as the following:
a. Pulse Stop Observation Recording System - enables the Management, Subcontractors, HSE Manager, Superintendents and Supervisors to have an analysis on what is the safe/unsafe observation at site and the risks involved.
b. HSE Knowledge Assessment Recording System - help the safety managers and supervisors to measure the competency of the workforce at site.
c. Task Instruction Recording System - measure the competency of the safety supervisors in conducting task instructions at site.
• Generating of statistical reports related to the above mentioned system programs.
• Conducting of Pulse Safety coaching to the safety officer/assigned personnel to cascade the safety information at site.
• Developed and maintain database systems that can hold records for the Pulse Stop Observation Program, Task Program and Knowledge Assessment Program for PMP Project.
• Generating of statistical and graphical reports on task instruction evaluation, HSE knowledge assessment and stop observation program on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Extracting of records from the Pulse SOC Database and convert it into useful reports for analysis of the Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors and Subcontractors.
• Preparation of TCJV internal participation and compliance report for the weekly Stop Cards per department/discipline.
