October 2014 till June 2015 Senior Sales Manager - Group( Head Of Sales )
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and CEO, this role involved:- Primary responsibilities Include but not limited to :
• Responsible for 12 members of Sales Staff - Leading and coordinating the sales team
• Responsibilities shared with 2 Line Managers - Corporate Lease Manager and Retail Sales Manager
• Supervise and guide the activities for the 6 Rental Locations with 11 Rental Agents.
• Daily consolidated sales reports - Compile and analyze daily individual sales reports .
• Weekly Sales Reports- Compile and analyses
• Conduct Weekly Sales Meetings for the entire sales team.
• Design Marketing promotions on the diversified products and services, with primary focus on the car rental industry. Implementing new formats and procedures.
• Sales meetings to prospective customers along with the respective sales members.
• Facilitated for initially forecasting and allocation of budgets for Sales & Marketing.
• Monitoring & Supervising good standards in all the rental procedures and activities
• Directly involved with the existing client accounts with the respective key account manager inorder to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction is provided.
Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management . MBA - project completion stage.
